Overview

The city of Crystal Lake Park, Mo. adopted the following codes of St. Louis County:

• The International Building Code, 2009 edition (as approved by St. Louis County on July 21, 2010—Ordinance 24,444). Crystal Lake Park, Mo. Muni. Code § 500.010 (County codes adopted).
• The International Residential Code, 2009 edition (as approved by St. Louis County on July 13, 2010—Ordinance 24,427). Crystal Lake Park, Mo. Muni. Code § 500.020 (adopted with amendments).
• The International Property Maintenance Code, 2009 edition (as approved by St. Louis County on July 14, 2010—Ordinance 24,440). Crystal Lake Park, Mo. Muni. Code § 500.015 (adopted with amendments).
